Great news! The Southern Taste of Dallas Food Truck Park Vendor Application is now open, and there is no vendor fee. However, please note that only 15 vendor slots are available, so early application is highly encouraged. 📄 Event Details 📍 Location: Shops at RedBird, Dallas, TX 📅 Date: Wednesday, July 23, 2026 ⏰ Time: 2:00PM – 6:00 PM (Setup by 12:00 PM) 🎉 Highlights: Family-friendly event with over 20 food trucks, live DJ, kids fun zone, and free food giveaways. 📋 Vendor Requirements Must have a current food truck license and insurance. Provide own power/generator and water (if needed). Arrive for setup no later than 12:00 PM. The Expo starts at 10 am we would love for you join as there will be so many resources for food truck owners. Responsible for all trash removal and booth cleanliness.
